We relocated from  Shrewsbury to the Scottish Borders in 2020, to begin the next chapter of our lives. Originally we planned to settle on the West Coast of Scotland, but fell in love with the old White Swan Hotel in Yetholm during a chance viewing. Plus it's a tad drier here!

The Hayloft is the old Victorian hayloft that used to serve the White Swan Hotel, now our home, Swan House. Restoring and renovating the Hayloft has been a labour of love; from the handmade terracotta floor tiles, to the cast iron roll-top bath in the bedroom; we believe that we've created a real treat of a bolthole. The Hayloft is somewhere to unwind and to rest after a restorative walk up Staerough Hill or any of the other stunning walks in the local area
